Square Appointments is part of Square's point-of-sale and payments ecosystem (Block, Inc.) and very common in the US. BookASlot is a standalone booking tool hosted in Germany – but Square can already collect partial deposits and automatically charge no-shows today.

Where Square Appointments is honestly the better choice
No tool fits every use case. These points favor Square:

- –Square's marketing tools (email/SMS campaigns, loyalty program, gift cards) are considerably more built out than BookASlot's.
